Weddings

Please notify the parish at least six months prior to the wedding if interested in wedding preparation or for weddings at Sacred Heart.  For either of these options, please contact the parish office.

Some general information.

Wedding Fees and Stipends
$400 for those persons who are not parishioners (from other parishes).
$300 for parishioners who are registered but who do not support the parish financially
…consideration for those who are sharing their time and talents.
$200 for parishioners’ children who are now independent but return for their wedding, provided that the parents support the parish.
$200 for those who are supporting members of the parish.
$50 for those preparing for marriage but who will be married elsewhere.
…This preparation fee also applies to those who are civilly married and seeking a simple wedding in the Catholic Church (convalidation).

Fee for the wedding is to be paid in order to reserve the church.

FEES:
Music Fee:

$150 the parish provides someone to play and sing.
$75 the parish provides someone to play or sing.
Offering to priest: Anything meant for the priest must be marked personal.

Altar Servers:
Generally a gift of $10.00 is made to each of the altar servers, three for Mass, only one for a wedding outside of Mass.

Parish Hall:
By advance contract and fee/deposit depending on your needs. Check availability for use during picture taking, use for a full reception, and kitchen access.
